Tennessee Presents Textiles is a wild and wonderful fantasia of fashion, art, food, and fun.
Just the type of entertainment and retail therapy you need to relax and motivate you for the approaching holiday season.
Art garments are elegantly presented by professional models giving you an “up close and personal” experience with the fashions—
hand made by some of the southeast's finest fiber artists.

Weaving Artist Judith Krone
This picture is just what we need in the heat wave we are having in Tennessee this summer.
Judith Krone has an MFA in textiles from Georgia State University. She recently completed a tour to Japan where she did intensive study in Shibori and Indigo dyeing. Her pieces are in collections all over the United States and in Japan, England, Ireland, Denmark, Switzerland, Poland and Hunguary. She uses a symmetrical grid on which she overlays various resist dyeing techniques and also creates intricate weave structures with depth and character using complicated patterns she designs herself.
